Fresh, homemade food using locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients.

We are open for breakfast, brunch, lunch and our menu changes seasonally. We offer private hire for dinner bookings and external catering for special celebrations.

 British Roast is served from 12pm on Sundays except the last Sunday of each month when our Slow Food Dinner is held at 6pm.

We have a daily set lunch for £18 or two courses for £15. It changes weekly and is the best of the season.

We are perfectly located just a short walk from FACT cinema and local theatres


Local craft beers and small-scale vineyards.

The wonderfully knowledgeable John Budd from Boutinot has helped us to create a wine list to be proud of; featuring a small but perfectly selected range of high quality interesting wines to suit each taste and budget.

We frequently have weekly Wine Specials – Please ask a member of the team!

Our staff will also be happy to give recommendations on our selection of local craft beers and ales.
